New issue for anyone interested. Appears the different window shades have to do with energy consumption. Units at the "skinny" wastes of the tower heat up faster than the units in the broader "shoulders." Therefore, darker glass was used as the floors got smaller to block heat. Also, the hues for the windows were reportedly custom created for Vista and not found on any other building in the world!
