Sigh. I mean, I'm cool with it. It's a quality development on an underused DT block (of course, if you liked Sullivans, or want to protect the warehouse district at all costs, YMMV). But I'm about done with the idea you need a notch or a cut-out balcony or seven somewhere in the curtain wall to break up the monotony. It's so 2015. I'm ready for the 2020 style guide to come out.
