It's going to be quite an impressive row of towers along Beresford.
That lot's already taken and a project is currently in development there called 'The Telford'

Forummer Skylinegazer posted a link a few posts back showing a rendering from Chris Dikeakos Architects who are the ones designing it
It has a pretty eye-catching lattice-framework on the facades and although the perspective angle is a little odd, it seems like it might have a height comparable to Metroplace (Seeems to be anywhere around 43 floors or higher from what I could count, although more likely higher since there's probably more then one penthouse level and an elevator overrun level):-

It's by a developer named Westland and as far as I can tell, it's only one tower on that lot and not 2 like the Thind Development next door.

That only leaves one last solitary lot on Beresford ave. with the potential for a tower development (at the corner of Dow and Beresford across the street and opposite from Moda), and according to Vancouvermarket.ca it was sold off this year for just under $60 Million to a developer who already owned the adjacent site and the plan I imagine will be to combine the two lots for a multi-tower project.
The combined value of the two lots was/is $102 Million.
So that should give you an idea of the scale of the development that might happen on those sites.

(it's #9 on the list at 6645 Dow Avenue, Burnaby)
