^ The BRT stations themselves actually are pretty well sheltered and comfortable. The problem is that many of them are so damn far from everything that walking to one in the winter (or in the rain) is a pain. Pretty well all of the stations south of Osborne are practically at least a block away from anything other a few TOD apartments.
