For those of you who are interested in what is happening out west in Saskatchewan. Here are two update videos for the Regina Bypass Project. Current progress is 90%.
Looks like lots of room to add lanes in some places and not so much in other. Is the plan to eventually have six lanes? Also, I'm still not seeing how this project is costing ~$2 billion. How many side projects are part of that total?
