There was nothing wrong with the previous set up. Tolling brand new pieces of infrastructure is perfectly acceptable in my book. The problem is this crazy scheme to toll every crossing. You can’t inpliment new tolls on old pieces of crappy infrastructure. There needs to be a reason for the toll
