And the only reason it's as tall as it is is because the taller they allowed it to be, the more money they could get for the site and they needed the money badly to build the Terminal.

The only chance we have for anything taller is if someday they need money again for something like this and can get it from selling another downtown building site but nothing like that comes to my mind. Can anyone else think of some such opportunity likely to arrise in the future?
