This newest iteration is a lot better than what Ivory/Woodbury proposed at first, but still you have citizens you want to hold up the process because they want a few strip malls and all single family homes. What kills me is the traffic that the old mall brought in was a lot more than this. This is also why I have a hard time with zoning laws because it enables busy bodies/NIMBY'S.
