W.M. Fares is seeking some MPS/LUB amendments in the Dutch Village Plan Area to allow for a redevelopment of
Our Lady of Lebanon Catholic Church property at the Fairview Overpass.
The plan is to place a seven storey residential building fronting onto Joesph Howe wrapping around the interchange ramp, two levels of underground parking, and individual entries along Joe Howe.
