Yeah, this scenario sounds way more plausible than a supermarket occupying an awkwardly accessed, standalone building between two downtown towers. Sort of a super Shoppers Drug Mart with a beefed up grocery section. Some of the suburban locations of Shoppers and Rexall are already doing something like that.
