I don't see why the Gracy Woods NA was given a platform in this project. That neighborhood is not adjacent to the site and is buffeted from it by a significant amount of ugly industrial/warehouse development. This should be a welcomed improvement. I lived in the area for six years and would have welcomed this to the hood.
