If they opened up the scotia bank portion to portage and main I’d be all for opening that corner. THat is what I want to seee. Not just a crosswalk. I want to see doors and shops there. A grand entrance to Winnipeg Square woulda be peachy. Man so much could be done if they just used their pie holes more. Not talking Arties. I’m talking city plannners.
