Maybe not, but it seems like similar measures are less likely to happen in a city like Raleigh or Nashville (or Atlanta, Dallas, etc.). The political climate tilts more in Amazon’s favor than someplace like Philly or Boston, IMO.

Other than a DC area site, I think Atlanta would be my next guess. Wouldn’t hurt to have huge operations in an a state with an increasingly strong film/tv studio presence given Amazon’s foray into streaming.
