I think
'Sparrow' on Keefer is already designed to meet the new guidelines.
'Framework' on East Pender was 8 storeys; they were allowed 7 floors of residential; I think they would have to put commercial on the second floor under the new guidelines, and I think they might be just over the proposed FSR limit.
