Part I don't understand is why Ashcroft would even have a garbage chute for a building this height. Much more than 10 floors and it's a major PITA because it's always getting clogged up from guys trying to stuff big items down it but if not mistaken, this is also Ashcroft's tallest build to date and maybe they just haven't had this issue before.
