Would most definitely work well in the warehouse district, it's a shame that isn't going where 405 Colorado is planned. Not only would it fit better in relation to it's surroundings, I honestly think the height is more appropriate. Only change would be to have ground level retail/restaraunt/venue space.
Kinda reminds me a little of the renovation that is being completed for the building on the corner of 4th and Lavaca next to Rain. I really like how that one came out.
