That nettlesome drop-off north of the CBD remains for the foreseeable future, but other than that, barring a real estate collapse or severe diminution, it'll be a sea of highrises almost all the way up to the Lake Iroquois shoreline. The clusters at Y&E, Humber Shores, NYCC, Fairview Mall, and Scarborough will get increasingly impressive as well. Not to mention the Mississauga wasteland, which will continue to leave some tyro arrivals at Pearson a tad confused ("Is that Toronto?").
