It all makes me wonder what Harvard's plan is... we went from a nearly full 201 Portage with the promise of a new hotel next door a few years ago, to an increasingly hollowed out building with no prospects of development on either of the two sites surrounding it.
It’s a new building. As the article says, they are designing it to there own specifications. As you have pointed out, there’s a demand for new class A space.
