It seems to be almost double the size of the Property containing Bistro 33.
I'm wondering if they are going to subdivide the lot, and build this project on a portion of the lot while allowing the adress on Weston Street to be utilised for a residential project.
I say this since it seems acording to SNB to be 1109 Shediac Rd, and 41 Weston the legal address of this lot.
