I think we have expanded the meaning of civil rights that the word has become meaningless.

1-3, Most Hispanics don't view immigration as their number 1 issue.
5. How does this have anything to do with civil rights? If we don't admit a Hispanic majority location as a state we are racist? In any case, hasn't Puerto Rico voted against this?
