yikes, yep the money is completely insane these days especially in NYC, Socal, Bay Area, maybe Miami. I have 3 projects underway right now in 10-11,000 sq foot range, but really whenever I've had projects like that they are cash deals. Then I start thinking about upkeep, taxes, etc....
