This will (hopefully) be the third mid-rise tower that the University of Winnipeg Community Renewal Corporation (UWCRC) will build in West Broadway, after the Downtown Commons and the proposed development on St. Mary where Perth's is. These 12-14 story mixed-income towers seem to be a great fit for this area. It's a good way to keep diversity in the neighbourhood as West Broadway gentrifies.
