Another hot big-time bidder is always welcome, especially since with Amazon a lot of other big cities are jockeying for position.
For instance, there's another thread about (IIR100%C) Houston banking its chances of getting one of its biggest towers in years on scoring the deal.
Naturally, in our case, the more candidates there are, the surer the odds that one of them will ultimately have to choose between here and the Yards.
