The old facade looked horrible. It almost seemed modular in nature and cheap with those oversize frames around the windows. I bet it wouldn't have come out well at all.
Good for NJ avoiding a tower that stinks of Atlantic Yards in Brooklyn. New one is bland but more elegant and the cantilevers give it something extra.
