I am envious of the towns on the eastern shores of Lake Huron for this reason, they get to enjoy sunsets on the lake. The Canadian shores of Lake Ontario and Lake Erie don't have that chance, with the exception of Long Point on Lake Erie, from where you appear to be able to see the sunset with endless water in front of you (even though you need to be looking at the lake at a specific angle as opposed as looking straight ahead, and you more than likely see the shores across the bay). But the place is also so remote that nobody gets to enjoy it.
