Wow...love it! This would totally be a landmark building for the city. Add this design to Brad Lamb's design and we'd finally start shaking off the 1970's skyline vibe.
Look at all those parking lots in the first photo....we could literally build another entire city on our empty/surface lots downtown.
Can't let the NIMBY's pressure city hall to waste this once in a lifetime opportunity. Now is the time to go tall, and build a new skyline while there is no impact on surrounding properties due to surrounding properties being nothing more than lots.
