"Kinda sorta... there is a spur" ?
If there is a spur - some people may think thats a pretty "leading" direction for the LRT line down 107 to Government Centre Station - down past the Leg and the demolished Terrace Building with a stop there or down by the Old Epcor Power Plant and over the river on the old bridge deck ... with a stop at Kinsmen and up the Waterdale hill as part of the White Ave route. Speculation as I said ... but a delightful way to connect these important areas.
