never understood why they would go through the city when as a crown corporation they can do anything they want. seems like an unnecessary bother really. i would laugh at Vancouver if i was them and be #sorrynotsorry as a build my 200m tall tower. but then, i don't like current Vancouver council so maybe i am biased. haha
