The perfect location imo. There are a ton of wealthy consumers in north Toronto who head to Yorkdale but the Eaton Centre still feels like the retail heart of the city. The number of tourists on this part of Yonge shouldn't be discounted either. Next to none of them will go to Yorkdale. Some would go to Yorkville but I'd rather that remained high end.

If the luxury end of the market prospers and the Hudson's Bay store at Yonge/Bloor gets re-developed, I could see Saks re-locating there. Nordstrom should stay where they are.
