Just an interesting side note to the parking issue... I just got back from the Blue Cross Centre and I parked in the lot behind the building on Assomption Blvd. There was a sign inside saying that effective May 15/17 Blue Cross no longer validates parking in that lot. I asked them if the library still does and the person I spoke with said that she thinks that they still do. A company as large as Blue Cross can't validate a one dollar parking stub? Oh, I guess that's how they get bigger and bigger, especially when parking space is at a premium. Strange that the library can still afford to validate.
