Long time lurker here. Love all the updates and info on the board.
Just wanted to add to this discussion on a new tallest, I've seen renderings for a new 40-storey condo downtown. It has been well received at city hall, and from the neighbourhood association in which it resides.
The render is gorgeous. A definite landmark if built. Perhaps we'll see two new tallest going up sooner than we may have thought
