The project is planned on a lot owned by the developer at 38 Northeast 17 Street. It has nearly an acre of land, and most of a city block.
J. Milton paid $7.3 million for the property in 2015.
Over 1,200 units are already under construction within a block.
Across the street, 513 units are under construction at the Canvas condo site. One block away, Melo Group has 710 rental units under construction at the Square Station project.
