Thanks for investing the time to be specific on the ALR freddinno. You are correct it is not a prediction the ALR will be reduced, it already is.
Metro-One may not have noticed the changes outside the high profile Lower Mainland, even if you believe it's just Christy Clark the fact is the changes will not be reversed.
