The number of large scale (and many of these are LARGE scale) projects being introduced is just mind-boggling. I hope everyone realizes that this is all completely crazy and will dry up immediately when influx of foreign money stops.

But before the rude awakening, one has to wonder how all these construction companies are able to have finance billions of dollars of projects in pipeline? And how do they manage to find enough construction crew and people for every site? Salaries in that field must be through the roof!
