From Hamilton. Specifically, from the 7th floor of the Sheraton Hotel in Hamilton.
It wasn't visible at all times, it seemed to come and go depending on atmospheric conditions. I guess this day the air was dry enough that it didn't get obscured by the water vapour. It was visible at night much of the time (you could tell it was the CN tower because it was lit up pink and purple, which seems to be its default colours) but none of the photos I took turned out, I didn't have my tripod. |
I've seen a few pics like this, one very recently in-focus and showing a bit more. Interesting perspective though. Regarding the CN Tower lighting scheme, it changes frequently honouring special days or events. Did you make it out to Toronto?
