Thanks, that's a much better pic of the model.

But I wonder how long it'll be until they realize they won't be able to hang blinds in those windows?
They may end up doing what Trump Tower did - vertical mullions that stagger and end (like shown on the top half of the model).

But I suppose that the inability to fit blinds may not be a big issue for an open plan office.

The model seems to show a combination of flare and angle.
You can see that the curtain wall is set away from the podium just above the driveway.
