CTG is probably the biggest issue here because the resulting passenger confusion and angst has been so publicly visible. I'm sure there are bigger immediate priorities, and kudos to the YYC team for making it a relatively successful first few days.

The confusion around CTG and the lack of gate seating will need to be addressed soon, but isn't really mission critical in the early days of a new terminal's life.

Bottlenecked at CATSA?!? Really interesting. Can you explain what exactly the bottleneck is? My understanding was that domestic>transborder and domestic>intl passengers would not need to be re-screened ... and either go straight to the departure concourse (if intl) or straight to US CBP clearance (if transborder). Is that not the case??
