I can buy that: cleaner but lacking warmth. I believe they've done research trying to make LED's "softer" but not aware they've had any success.

Denver Post has the latest data from the IRS on migrations trends. I had previously wondered if the post-recession Great Migration waves might slow significantly and this data would seem to suggest that.
Although fewer people are moving into Colorado, fewer people are also moving out of Colorado. Such government data is by necessity retroactive so this covers the difference from 2014 to 2015. By the numbers those moving to Colorado come from California, Texas, Florida, Arizona, Illinois, New York and New Mexico. Those moving out of Colorado end up in Texas, California, Florida, Arizona and Washington. The net migration numbers - according to this IRS calculation - were about 20,000 more people moving to Colorado than out for 2015. The drop in peeps moving into and out of the state was virtually the same from 2014 to 2015 or about 21,000 less people each way.
