This pretty much puts it in line with Concord's date of November 14th, though it would be nice if it were sooner.

I've been saying it for about 10 pages now, I would put highest probability on inspections during November and move ins starting December. Not sure why nobody is listening to me but *shrug* you can keep calling Concord every day and get the same evasive answer, or just be patient and get prepared for November/December.
