Its definitely not the second worst park. Tampa and Oakland are far worse.

I meant if they didn't bring in an all grass outfield but refurbed the rest of the stadium it would do little to improve Toronto as a destination for free agents.
Regarding the second comment, yeah you are probably right although some may still prefer Oakland due to it being outdoors in a temperate climate with an all grass field.
