So hey guys, what's going on with the market now? Everything I read now is that it is slowing to a crawl, is a huge fall right before us? I've noticed a few new mega complexes spring up overnight at some ridiculous prices (Lougheed, Concord Brentwood) a last hurrah so to speak?

Rent is a little out of control now too.. now I haven't needed to look for a place in a while and just doing a brief glace at my neighborhood on Craigslist right now, not too pretty.
