No BMR? But it's a hotel and they specifically made it a hotel to avoid the BMR requirement

North of market? It's not blocking any views or near the water. Maybe there will be Union Square shadow concerns, but otherwise, I don't see this as an issue. It's also right on market.

historical bank? If Wells Fargo is fine with it, I don't see the issue -- environmentalists and preservationists aren't going to fall on their sword to defend a big bank branch
