Stopped long enough to see the sign (briefly).
2 - 11 storey apartments on a 1 storey podium
A 3 storey mixed commercial residential townhouse and 2 - 1 storey stand alone commercial buildings.
It was a quick stop and not long enough to get my camera out. I know the 2 - 11 storey buildings are correct.
