For such a large project, it should still have a name. Publicity can bring in good renters and even retailers for the CRUs. This project is way too low key.

Yes the VSOCC centres have a 1+ year waiting list, they are always expanding.
If it's 100% rental, it's a bit too early. People will always ask the price once you start advertising. They probably want to wait until 6 months out to be able to have firm numbers.
