I wonder if this building will we the last highrise on the southeast corner on Metrotown, or will they add 5-10 story midrises from Dunblane to Royal Oak?
On an unrelated note, isn't the area inside Imperial, Royal Oak, Dover and Nelson called the Marlborough neighbourhood?
