Will Yonge-Eglinton Ever Be Considered Part of Downtown Toronto?

Yonge & Eglinton won't be considered any form of downtown area if they keep building condos and add no office uses to the area.

As a main hub for office employment, Yonge and Eglinton is stagnant, and it does not have the pull it once had as a secondary employment zone.
