Thanks but, I do read his posts. Point towers with townhouse podiums is a product of the Vancouverism ideologue that is centre around softening the urban experience through tower floorplates, towers distances, setbacks and sightlines to name a few. He has a thing for complex, inticate designs ( don't we all?) that are seldom pulled off well and sees the business end of development as an excuse.
