I like the idea, but I wonder about it's feasibility on 300 W. I think street car and 300 W don't quite match up a slow moving train on a major arterial road, even with a road diet I anticipate the seed limit wouldn't change much. The could build it separated from traffic in the median though. However I would anticipate light rail eventually going down 400 W though and connecting southern Davis County to the existing line.
