If medical, quite a change for the area being the largest tower or a signature tower for the medical complex.

I can see a hospital or medical office building going up here as it's becoming harder to find sites to develop in the center of the Texas Medical Center, but it's likely the entire project will be mixed-use. In 2014 the developer mentioned hotel and residential is being considered for the site but could be developed into multiple uses.
