Also if you look at Google Maps, this phase of the development and the auto dealership project at Boundary & Lougheed are almost the exact same size and shape. Just thought it was interesting to compare the different levels of intensity between two similar parcels of land.

I recall reading it in another post but maybe you can clarify - are they no longer allowed to have office space on the first few floors of a primarily residential tower?
